Living in Prospect Cove has its rewards and its responsibilities. Your property values are increasing greatly due to tbe market demand for affordable condominiums which are accessible to mass, transit and desirable amenities. However, maintaining these values is a difficult task if, together, we are not able to create a safe and secure community that will attract prospective buyers.
It does not appear that the community is a center of crime. but a few recent events have warranted that we send this notice out to remind owners and residents that you live in a diverse world where you must be aware of your surroundings, your neighbors and alI that happens around you.
The Board of Directors would like you to review the following practices, which will help us to insure that Prospect Cove is a safe and secure community that you can all take pride living within, and that is free from crime ...
- Report community lighting outages promptly
- Always keep balcony/patio lights on from dusk to dawn
- Be especially aware of your surroundings when behind buildings ..
- Identify and report any repair or maintenance issues
- Be aware of your surroundings before getting out of your vehicles and before going into your unit
- Park your cars in designated parking spaces and please report any unusual
vehicles promptly
- Immediately report any unknown or suspicious people in the community
- Keep your wallet in your pocket/purse close to your body at all times
- Identify your nearest Fire Alann emergency pull station
- Share a walk around the community with a friend or neighbor 11. Lock your doors and windows at all times
- Lock your cars at all times
- Report solicitors promptly, as they are not allowed in Prospect Cove
- Be aware of important number and keep them available at all times. Report emergencies to 911 first, then to LakeSide security

- Place all trash in designated receptacles to maintain the community's appearance
- Keep breezeways and balconies clear of debris
- Get involved and know your neighbors
- Do not use breezeways for gatherings or fresh air, use your unit balconies/patios
- Be very fire/safety cautious when smoking and dispose of cigarette butts properly
- No open fires on balconies
- Notify your neighbors when you intend to be out of town
- During the holidays do not leave gifts and packages in your vehicles

Finally, we reminder you that Prospect Cove is a private community which prohibits trespassing, soliciting, loitering and unauthorized-parking. If you witness any of these infractions, please report them to the LakeSide Security, LakeSide clubhouse office, or to CMC customer service immediately, so that proper actions can be taken.
