Dennis Presley & Jennifer Harrop re-elected
Jan 22, 2008: At the Annual Meeting of the Association last night, Dennis and Jennifer were re-elected to the Prospect Cove Board of Directors by the general membership. Additionally, the BOD elected the new officers for the coming year:
President - Dennis Presley
Vice President - O. P. Ditch
Treasurer - Stewart Emenheiser
Secretary - Jennifer Harrop
Director - Susan Komar
Stewart Emenheiser Appointed to BOD
Stewart Emenheiser was selected to replace Austin on the Prospect Cove Board of Directors last night (Oct 23). The Board had invited owner/residents to come forward to fill the vacant position on the Board. Stewart was selected and will finish the remaining term of Austin's position. Stewart is an Investment Representative for Edward Jones in Woodbridge.

Delinquent Accounts banned from reserved parking
The Board of Directors has begun enforcing the ban on reserved parking for those who are behind on paying Association dues. These owners will have their reserved parking spots marked as "NO PARKING" until their accounts are brought up to date. If you notice a parking slot marked "NO PARKING" and a car is parked in it, please report it to CMC Site Manager, or one of the Board members.
